Madison had her Choral concert last night. It was a nice surprise to have Grandpa and Grandma VW drive down to Pella to join me in the audience. Both Madison and Taylor have always had sweet, angelic singing voices, and it was so much fun to hear Madison as part of the PHS choir. The concert was a great mix of contemporary, sacred and spiritual choral pieces. The orchestra also played a set, including "The Barber of Seville" – to which I couldn’t help but picture Bugs Bunny. "Welcome to my shop – Let me cut your mop – daaaaintily!"
