We’re two days into rehearsal for Much Ado. It’s hard to fathom that we only have four weeks rehearsal. The good thing is that everyone in the cast and crew seems experienced and capable. The bad news is that some key characters won’t be joining us until next week (with only 3 weeks to production – yikes!). It makes rehearsing my part difficult because the missing characters are ones that I’m primarily on stage with, so I’ve been doing a lot of working lines during rehearsal. It’s an eclectic mix of folks, with many Central College students and a dose of us "old folks" from the community – but everyone’s been fun to work with. Even Queenie and Moochie, the producer’s dogs who have joined us at rehearsal.
